Estimated Shipping & Delivery

All items that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. Items ordered together may arrive separately. Custom, made-to-order jewelry will arrive on your doorstep in approximately 1-2 weeks from purchase date. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customs and Import Charges

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. Since custom policies and import duties vary from country to country, we are unable to notify you of what the cost would be. We recommend for you to inquire with your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are prepared for the charges.

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

Re-Routing Packages

We are not responsible for customers incorrectly or incompletely entering information upon check-out (missing apartment number, wrong house number, etc.). Customers will be held responsible for any additional fees incurred to re-route orders.

Processing & Order Confirmation

Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been processed.

Back Ordered/Out of Stock

We will send you an email if a product is back ordered or out of stock.

Returns

Returns

We understand the nature of online purchases and are happy to accept returns and refund your purchase within 15 days of you receiving your order. After 15 days, we can no longer accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

E-mail customerservice@agildedleaf.com with your order number, the items you would like to return, the reason for return, and the type of refund (see options below).

REFUND

  • Cost of return shipping will be deducted from overall purchase amount.
  • 30% restocking fee will be deducted from overall purchase amount.
  • Balance will be refunded back to original method of payment.

STORE CREDIT

  • Free return shipping.
  • 25% restocking fee will be deducted from overall purchase amount.
  • Balance will be in the form of store credit.

Due to their custom nature, made-to-order jewelry are final sale. Made-to-order jewelry includes customized orders that are not part of our standard line.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that a store credit or refund has been issued. Please allow 5-8 days for this process.

Exchanges

Due to our inventory of one of a kind items and limited quantities, we do not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process for any unwanted products and place a new order for desired product(s).

Price Adjustments

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, A Gilded Leaf will allow a one-time price adjustment on the item. To receive a price adjustment, please email customerservice@agildedleaf.com. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Repairs and Adjustments

At A Gilded Leaf, we repair items in house. You may either bring your item to the our location or send in your item via mail.

If you choose to send your item via mail, please follow the instructions listed below:

      1. Download our Repair Form
      2. Print form and complete all information.
      3. Enclose form with item to be repaired.
      4. Send item and form, via an insured trackable shipping method, to:

After we make an assessment, we will email you a free estimate. Prior to any work, approval is required by client.
