What's the cost of our jewelry consultation?
Our consultations are completely complimentary and commitment-free. We know that choosing the perfect piece of jewelry takes time and patience; our role is to help you find clarity on your options, which we do entirely free of charge.
What do I need to do before my virtual appointment?
If you have some idea of what your ideal piece of jewelry looks like, bringing along inspiration, things you like and things you dislike will help us to get clear on your style as quickly as possible. But if you’re not sure or need guidance in the right direction, we’ll help you find that clarity during our chat.
Is it possible to reschedule my appointment?
Of course. We understand that life is busy and hectic, so if you’re no longer able to attend your appointment, that’s fine. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as you can, so that we can help you find a more suitable time.
What happens after my consulation?
If we explored the possibility of turning your jewelry dreams into a custom-made reality, we’ll follow up with a summary of your options and let you know how to start the design process if and when you’re ready to do so.
If we helped you find gifting options to suit a loved one, we’ll send through a collection of pieces we think your giftee will adore so that you can browse and buy online at your convenience.
