Every design starts with you: your story, your inspiration, your imagination. To design a piece that encapsulates your vision, we spend time getting to know you before we put pen to paper. Fill out the customization form and share photos of your inspiration.
02. Review the proposal
Once we understand your vision, we will prepare a proposal detailing the full journey to your custom ring. We will guide you through it and will ensure full transparency and alignment from start to finish.
03. Designing your dream ring
We will work with you every step of the way to transform your vision into a design so that you can visualize it. Nothing will be crafted until you are in love with what you see.
04. Leave the rest to us
After designing your ring on paper, we begin turning it into reality. We will work with our local artisans and master jewelers to make the magic happen: your handcrafted dream ring is a reality.

How long does it take to turn my idea into a reality?
Short answer is, it depends.
If you know exactly what you want, we’ll begin the crafting process right away. If you’re not quite sure, we’ll take as long as you need to help you design a piece that suits your style, your lifestyle and your budget. No part of our process is rushed and we won’t push you into anything. If a design isn’t right for you, we’ll go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes.
As a guide, most pieces take around 4 weeks from initial design concepts to completed jewelry, but our process is built around your needs and sometimes it can take a little longer to source the perfect materials, such as stones, for your piece.
I don't really know what I want - can you design a few options for me?
With an almost infinite world of possibilities around us, it can feel challenging to narrow down on that perfect design. And that’s why we spend time getting to know you before we put pen to paper. Every element of your uniqueness (your style, your lifestyle, your personality) works together seamlessly to make you you - and that’s our goal with designing your jewelry too.
We’ll never push you towards a design that doesn’t quite work for you. We design bespoke pieces that make you feel certain that it’s the perfect piece for you - and if there’s ever any element of doubt in your mind, we’ll work with you to tweak, refine and revise until you are certain.
What happens if I don't like my final piece?
We’ve set our process up to do everything we can to prevent you not being 100% happy with your final piece. You’ll be involved at every step, approving designs, choosing your own stones, and seeing photos of your piece as it becomes reality.
If there’s anything you’re not happy with during the process, we’ll rectify it there and then. But if something does slip through the cracks and you’re not happy with your final piece, we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.If it’s possible to rework the part of your piece you’re not happy with. If it’s not possible, we’ll never force you to keep something you aren’t happy with.
For custom pieces, we will always provide near-full refunds. Due to the nature of our process, we’re often unable to fully reclaim materials and we still need to pay our artisans, but we’ll always give you as much of a refund as possible.
Can I reclaim materials and design a piece from an heirloom jewelry?
Usually, it’s quite tricky to fully reclaim materials from an existing piece of jewelry. If your piece has a diamond or gemstone, we can create a new piece using that same stone - but reclaiming the existing gold or silver isn’t usually possible.If you have an heirloom piece that you want to preserve for future generations, we’re happy to chat about your options -book a complimentary consultation with us to get started.
Can I design and custom make jewelry that is not a ring?
Yes, absolutely! We believe in the power of beautiful, unique pieces that tell your story, and we want to help you create exactly what you want.
